Volvospeed East Coast Meet (August 9-10) THIS WEEKEND!

OK, here's the specific details. So new brick, old brick, doesn't matter, still come. I am cross posting this to Volvospeed, Swedespeed, ClubVolvo, VPtuning, Turbobricks, and the Brickboard.

August 9th
10am-6pm General Meet/BBQ at Rock Creek Regional Park near Lake Needwood in Maryland near Rockville
After 6pm, go out for dinner somewhere and go out on the town afterwards where-ever the locals see fit. We will decide during the daytime meet.

August 10th
9am to whenever - Racing at Mason Dixon Dragway in Boonsboro. It is 47miles north from the park from the first day and they are the only local dragstrip that has a race day open to the public on Sunday. Afterwards maybe a possible drive through the country, or just call it a weekend. We will see during the meet. The fee for racing is $25

Hope to see as many people as possible. I know I will be making the nearly 1200mile trek out there.

I know this is short notice to those on this board who don't look at the calendar and don't visit other forums very often, but if you are in the area and have nothing to do, please stop on by and say Hi.
