buzzing noise at 60-65mph 850 1994

I'm not sure what it is but when i have the car up to about 60-65 mph it makes this buzzing noise, it sounds like two parts are rubbing together, at first i thought it was the preheater hose from the exhaust manifold, replaced that and its still there. any ideas? could it be a worn drive belt? car has 106k miles and had the timing belt replaced about 3 years ago. thanks ken
