Camshaft Position Sensor! 850

Dear Brickboard

I have just found out how to pull codes from the black box on the front of the car.

Having done that I found out from another Volvo site (Volvospeed) that I have a missing CPS at least it happened once to trip a code.

When I looked at the sensor I can see oil leaking out around the electrical connection.

Is there a way of taking out the Camshaft Position Sensor and cleaning it then putting it back with a new seal?

I am a novice mechanic but willing to learn!
Thanks
matyas
