Turbo cool down time? S80 2002

Well, I have an S80 T6. I have a long curved driveway, and I rarely speed the engine to over 1000RPM until I'm out on the road. This gives the engine about 20 seconds to warm up or whatever, and when I'm pulling in, there's at least 40 seconds for it to slow down. If I've been driving hard, I'll sit in there for a minute to let it cool.

On a related note, my dealer told me I should allow 10-20 seconds before revving the engine to above 1500RPM. This allows oil to reach 'lubrication points' that it drains away from when turned off. So, he just said not to hold down the pedal when starting to get a cool sound or whatever.

Not much help, I know.
