No sound from front Dash speakers on 850 turbo 850 1995

I think the front dash speakers on my 850 tubro are cooked..

is this normal for these speakers to go out..or it something wrong with the radio..how do i know if its the radio or the speakers..before I buy new speakers..

what are the recommendation for replacing the dash speakers..
