Ok, here's one for you experts 850 1996

My '96 base 850 cranks over but does not start. I checked but there are no OBD codes. Not a fuel problem. Seems the coil has no spark. The strange thing is that when I pull a few things apart, the car will start. This is an intermittant problem. Most times the car starts just fine. I replaced the ignition switch and coil but saw no improvement. What could be intermittantly failing but would not set a code? Appreciate any suggestions. I've been scratching my head on this one for a while.

Thanks,
Tluv '96 850 145k and running great (once it starts:))
