Pan Oil Leak in 1998 V70 V70-XC70

I have an oil leak problem with my car. It has 82,000 miles. First the technician found a leak coming from the turbo which he replaced. Upon inspection, it did have a leak, but there is still oil leaking around the pan. Looks like a major gasket job. He does not feel comfortable fixing this. I took my car to a private shop because of horrible problems with my local dealer. Now I need to find another dealer where I can take it to have this job done. He said to see if I could find any service bulletins on this problem for this model. Is anyone aware of any? Any recommendations for authorized dealers in the SF Bay area. I live in Napa and could go anywhere north or east of San Francisco but NOT in Napa. Is this problem really such a big deal? He seems to think it is.

Thanks for any suggestions.
