1998 V70 T5 power locks problem V70-XC70 1998

Hi all-

An issue with the power locks in my V70 has arisen.

First of all, the lock on the read passenger side has stopped working completely from the inside lock controls as well as from the key fob. The driver side front lock locks only- unlock does not work from either place.

Any idea what is going on? The other two locks work fine and all locks work find manually.

There is a pretty significant grinding type of sound that occurs on the rear/passenger side lock when I lock/unlock and must be indicative of something that is going on.

Thanks for any feedback,

Joel
