The hotel is set in a park-like setting with trees, overlooking a large
lake, with a swimming pool - just beautiful - conveniently located at the intersection of Interstate 5 (I-5) and Highway 101 in Olympia, about 50 miles south of Seattle. There are also camping facilities nearby for anyone that would prefer that option over the hotel.
We will gather Friday night for a welcome reception to get acquainted, enjoy some great food, and we will have raffles and entertainment. On Saturday, we're arranging to have local outings for the ladies or anyone not wanting to clean cars, and there is a large beer manufacturer to visit within walking distance of the hotel. The car show will be held on the grass on Saturday afternoon, and we are working on having a DJ outside, along with raffles a swap meet, and technical sessions held during the day. Following a cocktail reception Saturday night, we will hold the awards banquet and free after-hours entertainment.
On Sunday morning we are planning a banquet breakfast with more raffles, the announcement of the winner of the picture contest, and an easy driving event, with prizes at the end of the drive, one drive going south and one going north.
The hotel is $75 per night for a single/double room and $85 per night for a triple/quad. These prices are available for three days before and three days after the meet for attendees that would like to make this a true vacation in this beautiful part of the country. These are great prices for this hotel and should not be missed.
The registration fee for the full weekend package is $85 per adult. For those that only wish to attend for Saturday's activities, the price is only $55 per adult, which includes all meals and tech sessions and the concours event. Events only participation - no meals - will cost $25, allowing you to attend all tech sessions and receive a goodie bag. The fees for children age 5 to 10 is $35 for the full weekend, and for children aged 11 to 15, the fee is $50. Anyone over the age of 15 must register as an adult.
A $25-per-person late fee will be charged on registrations received
between July 15th and August 8th. After August 8th, you will only be able to register at the door at the cost of $170 per person for the full weekend package. Saturday only admission at the door after August 8th will be available at a cost of $125. The events only fee remains at $25.
