engine valves clicking S70

Hi all, this morning, during my drive to work, engine was makinga clicking sound? I've heard that this may be stuck valves? What could be causing that. Oli was changed 3100 miles ago Mobil 1 synthetic. Getting changed this week. Any thoughts would be GREATLY appreciated. Seeking collective wisdom of the community here.
