Where is the check valve for tailgate washer fluid nozzle? 850 1997

My tailgate (wagon) washer fluid nozzles stop working. It is working again now. I was able to unblock them by blowing compressed air in the tubing next to the rear right light assembly.

It appears there is a check valve inside the upper trim of the tailgate, just before the nozzles. Is that correct? I want to make sure before I start disassembling the tailgate trim to replace it.
