Resistor pack replacement help 850 1995

I have discovered that replacing parts on my Volvo 850 is never an easy task. I purchased a resistor pack for my heating and A/C unit. It is located near the blower behind the glove box. I removed the glovebox and can see that the unit is still not easily accessible. There is a knee protector blocking the unit. If there is anyone who has replaced their resistor unit, can you please post some advice on what is the next step. Any help is appreciated.
