yeah, only major diff is the ride height diff and tires and cosmetics

the v70r awd wouldn't be a bad deal if the place/person would fix that b4 u get it. the vibration that is...could be just rims are bent...tires are done...look at the engine mounts, drive shafts, bevel gears. another thing to look for is the 2000 v70r awd...it has the most hp at 261...of all v70r awd models.
