stuck valves in engine S70

Hi, thanks for the reply. Actually, there is no clicking sound when I start the engine, it makes the sounds a few min after I start driving and continues at all times. I know 99 s70 has probs with oil pan: the seals are bad and let air in after degrading. I have a 1998 model so dunno. Anyways, anyone here have any idea what reasonable price is for

compression test
oil pressure test
leakdown test

dealer wants to charge 288 for all three. Good price or ripoff. I'm here in dc where don beyer charges close to 100/hr.
