2002 XC 70 interior fan/blower problem V70-XC70

I have noticed a few times that the interior fan/blower will come on when the car is not turned on. This is not the engine fan, but inside the car. Is this normal for this vehicle, as I have never had one in the past that did this? anyone else with a similar problem?
