Is your 2001 V70 clock slow ? V70-XC70

The dealer tells me that Volvo clock specs say the clock can be fast or slow by 3 minutes per MONTH, or plus or minus 36 minutes per year !!! What crap !! My kids' $3 Mickey Mouse watch tracks better than my $30k Volvo, what a joke. Looks like Volvo got the REJECT crystal oscillators from some vendor and had them installed on the printed circuit board that controls the clock.
