325 code 850 1994

Hello,

I'm new to this board. About three weeks ago I did a kind of crazy thing for me, and bought a used 1994 850 turbo with 125000 miles on it at a car auction. I still can't believe I did it. But so far the car seems to be running well and all of the electronics are working fine.

The only big problem with the car is that the "check engine" light stays on. I retrieved the following code from the A2 connection, 325. And I've discovered that this code means the ECU is having a memory failure. But I'm not sure what to do next. Does the car need a new ECU? Also, is the memory failure the reason my check engine light is on?

I would appreciate any suggestions.
