Check the battery connections. Here's what the shop manual says:

Code 3-2-5 (Memory Failure)
Check wiring between ECM terminal A26 and battery positive
terminal for an intermittent open circuit. Also check ECM connector
and battery positive terminal for a loose connection, contact
resistance, or oxidation.

You didn't say if it was a Turbo or not, but if its a Turbo and you do in fact have a ECU going bad you can get a hi-performance upgraded ECU from IPD for about $800.
