I have 2-3-2, 4-3-5, 5-2-2, 1-5-3 mostly 02 sensor, Vacuum leaks causing this codes? 850

I had replaced some elbows since i had leaks on them when i went to the dealer but turns out the size on one side is not tight enough for certain parts to fit snuggly tight into them so it doesn't get a good seal and causing vacuum leaks on 2-3 area can't seem to find right elbow for my 1994 T-5 what can i do is this leaks causing this codes to appear?
