Oil Leak Help 850

I have a 96 850 turbo comin up on 120k. Ive noticed a few drips of oil on the ground every now and then. Every time i open the hood i notice a fair amount of oil on the top of the block especially near and on the oil filler cap, and around the rotor cap. Occasionally (once or twice a month) i also get a puff of blue smoke when i start it up cold. This leads me to belive i have more than one problem. Anyway, does anyone have any tips or advice on where i should start?
