850 N/A engine 2.4L engine 2 Q>>>> 850

Hello everybody.

I have a Friend who owns a 1995 Volvo 850 non-turbo, 2.4L 20v engine.
the car had an Automatic tranny and he swapped that with a Manual tranny from an 850TR, also Turbocharged the car by having a performance shop buid and install a custom turbo kit for him.
now he has a couple of pbms I hope u would be able to solve it out.

1- when he turns on the A/C the cars dies.
2- if he connects the MAS sensor the car bogs and hesitates and dies.
3- if he disconnects the MAS it runs smooth and normal but at 6psi "full boost for now" it pings and detonates.
4- he bought a biggyback system from perfectpower SMT6 its called and plans to install it on the car, but needs to know some parameters like:

number of teeth/firing
number of teeth/revolution
does the car has a missing tooth or dual missing teeth
does it run an interlaced signal, or frequency based fuel system.

the tranny swap is there any sensor on the auto tranny that is essencial and not found on the turbo car M/T?

all the inputs and help are greatly appreciated.
best regards
Nabil
