hanging starter/bad ignition switch??? 850 1997

I recently had my starter rebuilt due to a hanging starter and thought I had my problem licked. Installed it and I still have same problem! I suspect that my ignition switch might be going bad. Sometimes she starts like normal. Sometimes it hangs. I have noticed that my ABS dash light comes on and glows but I can slightly move the key and it goes out. I have shot a light lubricant into the cylinder but I still have problem. I love this site and any help is always appreciated.
