loss of power? 850

I have a 95 850 turbo.
It seems that its not as powerful as i first got it.
The turbo sounds fine and it the gauge says I have boost (and I can hear the turbo kick in the waste gate flushing)
The air filter is clean. Did I just get used to the power and want more or is something wrong. I dont get any codes beside 02 failure which I've been clearing every tankful. Vac lines/elbows were also replaced.
Any thoughts?
