60,000 mile service question V70-XC70 1998

I just purchased a 98 V70 GLT with 62,000 miles. The previous owner had a 60k service done at "Precision Tune." I was hoping it would have been done at a dealer or indy shop.

I need advice on whether I should now take the car to a dealer or indy shop and have the previous work inspected? redone? etc. I want to get the car inspected anyway, since I didn't do this before buying. (Hope I don't regret that decision.)

I believe the work that was done by Precision Tune was:
Replace Oil + Oil Filter
Replace Fuel Filter
Replace Air Filter
Replace Spark Plugs
Replace Engine Drive Belt
Flush Brake Fluid
Flush Coolant Fluid
Flush Automatic Transmission Fluid

Is there anything else that is a must to have done at this mileage?
When is it recommended to change timing belt?
