New evaporator / doesnt cycle /need help 850 1994

Greetings again,
Have a/c problem, 94 850 turbo about 120 k miles,it does not seem to be cycling at all.
Just completed evap replacement job at home, insane!
replaced evap,filter/drier,(past weekend) pressostat(fairly sure pressostat that i replaced was ok too) about a month ago, recharged and added some pag oil. did not evacuate system. put in about 2 cans 20-24 oz r134, ice cold today but no cycling.the compressor is original, i also replaced the orifice tube bout 4-6 weeks ago. is possible i have blockage somewhere?previously had also used the metal sealer from autozone which worked for long time, but before evap replacement couldnt get a/c to turn on at all, also now both pipes going to evap are sweating and cold. should i have system evacuated by shop? in shop manual mentions about piping not touching metal, is for wear and tear or electrical potential? anyone have this problem any help appreciated,
