What to change w/Timing belt? V70-XC70 1998

OK, my 98 has the mechanical tensioner and the debate between 70K and 105K continues unsettled. I looked at my belt at 70K to confirm its condition and what tensioner I had. Indeed its the new fixed mechanical style and the belt at that time (year ago)looked excellant (no excessive wear/no cracking). I'm ready to turn 90K and I'm going to get the T-belt done. My question is this--If I want to not bother with the next belt change until 170-180K (I do plan to keep the car that long), what should I do about the water pump and the idler roller?
Bite the bullet and do it now or is 180K out of a pump and idler unrealistic? My 740 had 150K on the original water pump and was fine--I just changed it for some insurance. In the case of the V70's, its a lot more complicated. Whats the verdict on mileage life for V70 water pumps and T belt idlers?
