ABS, turn indicator, no headlights and shiflock override! 850 1996

If the ABS light stays on after starting the engine, the headlights do not work, the turn signals don't work, the speedometer doesn't move when driving, and I have to use the shiftlock override to shift out of park! I read a post from July's forum that it might be the ignition switch? But before I attempt repair, does anyone have any experience with this problem? Could it be a faulty relay? The nearest dealer is 150 miles away, so I'd really like to be able to fix this myself.
