I have finally resolved the dust/squeel issue. I went with Zimmerman discs from FCP Groton and Raybestos Quiet Stop Pads from Rockauto.com

The QS pads are copper/ceramic and hold very nicely and don't dust anywhere near the stock pads...and not a peep out of them. They also don't have the 5 second wet delay braking that the PBR pads are known for.
