Starter Removal 850

I search through the archieve and was able to locate enough information to remove the starter. However, after removing the starter I notice an empty connector behind the starter. Is this normal? What would usually plug into that empty connector.

BTW, now that I have the starter off, is there anything I should consider replacing while the starter, batter, and the fan are off? The car has 170K miles.

Also, does anyone know where I can buy the fuel pump relay? and which one is it behind the fuse box?

Thanks,

John
