Volvo 850 difference. 850

I live in Australia and i am considering buying a Volvo 850 2.5 non turbo luxury model SE. Now i know volvo have GLT, GL, and GLE i was wondering if the SE australian model was the same as the GLE model in some other countries.

Also, is it really worth buying? I can afford the costs but i would love some feedback from owners. Thank you
