Just bought an 95 850, What needs to be changed/checked? 850

S-waskow:

Also check the motor mounts/supports especially the ones on top-left (left side of engine just under the hood) and at bottom-right (just behind the right wheel and next to the lower pulley of the serpentine belt). The engine support/mount have rubber components which crack with time. Also check the serpentine belt itself. Once again, refer to the Bay13 website for excellent step-by-step DIY guides on diagnosing and changing these items. Please note that there are two other motor mounts in the bottom engine sub-frame which are not easy DIYs and are best inspected/replaced by your mechanic.
