1999 S70 T5 saloon manual UK car

Hi my ETS warning light has come on i dont know what it means as i dont have a manual or owners book does anyone know ????

also my radiator fan will not shut off and i have to disconnect the battery i think its something to do with the ignition but some help would be appreciated thanks
