How much $$ to replace torn CV boot? 850

HI Tim,
Replacing the torn boot can be a good conversation starter with some people,
So here I go. You can probably get a whole rebuit CV AXLE, new boots installed on it, for less that $60.00 at a foriegn auto parts store. I say this because I did about 3 months ago. I was going to replace just the boot, and after too many choice swear words because I could not get the CV joint off of the axle to install a new boot, I called around for the whole axle. And bingo, a place about 30 min away had one in stock for $58.00.
$250.00 does not sound like a good price, but if I paid myself $75.00 an hour like the dealership does, I could rack up at least $150.00 plus part cost.

As for the wiper blades:

850 1993-97 Bosch headlight wiper (each) WS9133824 $9.95 0.3
This is from the IPDUSA.com web site. Go to volvo products, then to 850, then to exterior accesories.

Hope this helps.
