Code PO172/ Oxygen Sensor ? S70

Hey All,
My check engine light came on. Went to Auto Zone and they pulled one code. Code PO172. The guy there said it was the oxygen sensor. He reset the code and now I am waiting for it to reappear. My question is, is this something I want to try and change myself? He priced a Bosch sensor at $129.00?
I'll be honest, I havn't even checked to see where it is located or if any special tools are needed.
This is a great board and thought I would get some input here first.
Thanks in advance and have a blessed day.
