tire vibration S70 1998

I have a '98 s70 T5 SE and since 2000, I've had an annoying vibration from between 90km/h to 130 km/h. Despite changing tires twice (Pirelli/Michelin) and also using snow tires & rims, it persists.
The Dealership says it's not the car, but the tires or rims.
To troubleshoot, we have balanced countless times, even switched my tires & rims with those from another car, and same problem.
The dealership has checked the susp. & shocks, etc. All okay.
What else could it be?

Please help if you have an informed opinion.

Thanks in advance.

-Mike.
