Electrical Mysterious Battery Draining 850

My wife’s car that she loves her 1996 850 Turbo, so I really have to fix it.
Periodically she will go out to the car and the battery is deader that a door nail. Once when we were sitting in the back yard all of a sudden the entire alarm system came on and stayed on with lights flashing for no apparent reason. I checked all the alarm activation points and all looks good. I swooped out the alarm module. No luck.
Now for today. She was driving and all of a sudden while driving in this order the following lights came on, SRS,ABS, Shift arrow light, no power on acceleration, transmition did not shift, radio faded out, temp.and gas gauge went down. When she got to the house only 3 miles the oil pressure light and alternator light came on.
Now the battery was deader than you know what. I put the battery charger on and now all seams ok until next time we go out and it happens all over again. This has been happening very intermittently for the past year and the local dealer is baffled.
The car is in show room condition inside and out. Not a speck of rust.
HELP
