Cracked Defroster 850 1993

Hi,

A while ago, after I had my windshield replaced a squeaking noise resonated that sounded like the dash rubbing against windshield. As it got warmer the noise went away, but now that it's a little cooler out, the noise is reappearing. I couldn't figure out what was wrong until I was cleaning the windshield and noticed that the black plastic panel for the defroster (the one between the windshield and the dash that has the blinking LED light) was cracked. How do you replace this piece, do you have to remove the whole dash? The squeaking noise is driving me nuts. Thanks.

-Jake
