Help replacing ignition rotor 850 1994

Hi all,

I recently replaced my spark plugs and wires, and I bought a new rotor but I couldn't figure out how to remove the bottom part of the air filter holder to get at the distributer cap. It appears i can't access the bottow screw to remove the cap without removing the bottom section of the air filter. How do I get to the rotor?

1994 850 wagon (non turbo)
