Rough Idling and slow acceleration 850 1993

I have the same issue with my car, I was told that the earlier five cylender engines are just rough idlers. I commented on it before I bought the car, and the sales person said that it was normal. I did double check it before spending the money on the car, and another dealership, said the same. I find it to be just a very small quirk, on an otherwise awesome car.
