Rear Spring Help 850

I have an 855R with the Nivomats out back. I will be replacing them soon with aftermarket shocks and I have a choice to go with one of three spring options:

1. Stock, non-Nivomat springs
2. Overload springs (ipd)
3. Lowering springs

The car is already relatively low in my opinion (getting older and it's my only car right now). I don't think I'm interested in lowering it, which leaves stock springs or ipd's (or anyone's) overload springs.

My question is: Do the overload springs help dial out some of the understeer on the car? Has anyone done this coversion that can comment on which method they went with?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
