Auxiliary Drive Belt Replacement Question S40-V40

My serpentine belt needs to be replaced - is it as easy as it looks?

The belt on my 2000 is routed differently than in the Haynes, but it looks like the tensioner is in the same place and works the same way.

Should I replace the tensioner at the same time? I have 80,000 miles....the previous owner had the timing belt and water pump replaced at 53,000 miles - cool!
