OEM Parts, Where do you buy?

I need a few OEM parts.
My local dealer quoted me a price that would require for me to get a third mortgage in my house, the second mortgage was to pay for cars. I'm in CA.

95 850T Engine oil dipstick $42.00 (I'm not sure if the O ring is included or not), return fuel hose elbow attached to pressure regulator $65.00, I didn't even ask about the PCV valve, I was having chest pains at that point.

98 V70 EVAP valve $155.00 at this point somebody called the paramedics.
