rear brake rubbing V70-XC70

I just replaced all four rotors and pads on my 98 V70 T5. On the rear, I had a bear of a time pulling the old rotors off, they seemed to get hung up on the parking brake shoes. After a lot of sweat and swears, I was finally able to get them off, but the parking brake assembly had been jostled around pretty good and seemed very loose. Now I hear a slight grinding sound from one rear wheel that happens once every revolution. Is there a way to adjust the shoe assembly to pull the whole thing in?
