Parking brakes off center? 850 1992

Hi,

I've done the rear brakes over the weekend, and found that
the parking brakes rub on each revolution. If I slack the wire
to get rid of rubbing, I cannot engage the brake at all.
It feels like the braking pads are slightly off-center with
regard to the rotor.

Right now my plan is to drive 100-200m daily with the parking
brake applied to wear the pads out. Any better ideas?

Best regards,
Dmitri
