Passenger Power Seat Problem C70 1997

The spring attaches to a plastic tab on the mounting for the micro-switch, and the tab is probably broken off. Volvo has issued a TSB on this problem. The official fix is to drill a small hole in the seat and insert a screw to catch the other end of the spring. I don't know how to describe where to drill. Your best bet is to order the TSB from volvo or other sources, or visit your freindly dealer and ask if you can see it.
