the one from fcp is not all metal. same as the original. i just ordered and installed one a week or so ago. love dealing with fcp though. always excellent service and receive my packages quickly (2-3 days from CT to TX). not to mention they have great prices. highly suggest ordering parts from them.

you might want to poke around the turbobricks.com forums to see if there is any mention of any all metal radiators.
