Thanks for the tip. I have considered the fix, but I still think it is out of my range at this point. I really would just rather have it off. I do tend to negotiate icy roads in winter, but at least if i *know* that the ABS is off, I will know how to respond, brake-wise. Got in a situation last year where the ABS decided to crap out in the middle of an icy braking scenario, and so I wasn't sure if the feedback I was getting was from the normal ABS operation of the ABS clicking off.

OK, so now that I know that I need to disconnect the ECU, could someone tell me where it is or reference a site that has a diagram of it?
