Check Engine Light 850 1997

Sorry to hear of your troubles, your best place to start is to find out why your check engine light is coming on. All Autozones provide FREE services for reading the Check engine light. Stop by there and ask them to read the codes for you, at least you'll know where to start.

Also, get a haynes manual for the car if you have any idea of how to work on a car. It saves so much time and money. Plus, check out the sites for parts on the brickboard. My favorites are thevolvosite.com and a dealer in new hampshire (1-800-445-6171), mention you found him on the brickboard and he gives discounts plus its free shipping. If you can find a good mechanic that will install the parts for you and just charge labor, you save a ton!

Good luck!
