extended warranty S70 1999

Hi, I have a dilemma. Earlier this year, I bought an extended warranty for my 1999 Volvo S70 from Warranty Gold for $1,849. Last week, Warranty Gold notified me that their administrator and insurer was declared insolvent. For further detail, see www.warrantynews.com. My options are (a) cancel my existing contract and get $770 back and perhaps buy another extended warranty from another company, (b) hope for the best that Warranty Gold can get the money back from their administrator through the courts. I realize this is a crap shoot with hindsight being 20/20. All opinions or thoughts are welcome and appreciated. So far, the Volvo has had no major repairs, thank goodness. Any recommendations for buying an extended warranty? Thanks in advance.
