Lacking Power on Hill Climbs 850

Best thing is to make sure it is tuned up (as mentioned). But, the
car is somewhat under-powered even when running perfectly. My wife's
1995 855 (non-turbo) has to be floored for long stretches to keep up
with traffic when ging over mountain passes. An example is highway 80
over the Sierra mountains. (This is with 2 adults, 2 small kids and
weekend worth of luggage).
